About the job
You will work with the handling and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. This means that you analyze and assess different types of documentation. You will request additional information via phone, mail, and digital mailboxes in contact with individuals and businesses. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation and make decisions. Some cases are simple and quick while others take more time. During certain periods, tax guidance may be part of your tasks. This means that you will answer questions about taxes from individuals and provide guidance on how they can best use our e-services.
You plan your own workday and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. You work closely with your colleagues, and you support and receive support from each other. The work is qualified, and you learn and gain new knowledge both broadly and deeply. The job involves many contacts, for example with customers and other authorities. You have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.
You belong to a section in the Personal Tax Unit 4, Personal Tax Department located in Helsingborg. In the unit, we work with both national and international taxation for individuals and employer contributions.
About you

In this job, you should:

You should also have:
- a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in economics or law.
It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in economics or law, or alternatively administrative work in a government agency.
Good to know
The employment is permanent and may begin with a six-month probationary period.
Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
